We got quick response -- were told how to stop further leakage, and got new water heater installed the same day. Also learned about services in future that can prevent some forseeable issues. Richard was personable and professionable. He called when en route, and sent photo so we'd recognize him. He was knowledgeable, and explained situation and our options thoroughly. Then he acted expeditiously to turn a potential disaster (with company coming!) into a relatively fast "save" with no significant cleanup/damage to address afterward. We had been without a regular plumber, and knew we needed one. Now we've found one we like and trust. Hard to put a price tag on that!"
