"I hired Kevin to remodel our two car garage into an extra room, along with building a laundry room along with plumbing, hallway, replacing garage door with a new wall/siding, new windows etc. Kevin Babcock and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are responsive to the needs of the homeowner, readily available throughout the entire project and amazing to work with. Kevin ensures his clients are constantly kept in-the-know about the progress and openly accepts feedback and ideas. He not only was attentive and accountable but his team does impeccable work that left us with a life changing home remodeling to accommodate our growing family. I would recommend Kevin to anyone for his skill, expertise and integrity and will continue to hire him for future projects of our own."

"Huge shoutout to Treasure Construction! Maurice and his team are very talented, knowledgeable and skilled! They did a great job for me that included closing off the existing kitchen entry and then creating a new larger entry on another wallâ ¦ then installing French doors. Affordable and timely, no surprises along the way. I highly recommend this team!"

OWNER ALWAYS AVAILABLE, WE DO IT ALL, Bathroom Remodeling , and 4 more
"They do an amazing job once finished Getting there was sometimes a little rocky...one day nobody showed up. I came home another day and they had tiled the whole bathtub without the border, without grouting yet. When I asked where is the border, they said where do you want it. I caulk it up to lack of communication between workers and supervisor"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
