The company responded quickly to my request, and scheduled an appointment quickly without charging an emergency fee. The three plumbers that came were extremely professional, and did the job quickly and well. Comment: Previous had plumber from Wailaie plumbing come in with a snake, that was too short and had to make a second trip. It's a tub in a condo and it is what they call a "drum drain". Initially went down threw the drain, but really wasn't successful, thereforee Boss instructed techniche to go through the opening where one would turn the knob to hold the water in or let it drain out. In doing so, when trying to unscrew the stopper as it didn't raised up well, he broke the screw into the stopper, so know it had to be reemoved and just a plastic piece there to hold hair from going down. Not ideal, but the only option I understood unless an entire faucet system was put in, which would have to be through the wall or through the rough of the condo below. The property being in condo has it's challenges and the fact it being 50 years old. but am looking for someone who I can call on periodically for issues. thanks
