Reviews of Hope Duct and Vent Cleaning Services
Grand Forks, ND
Joey did an outstanding job determining what my issue was with my furnace. I believe I had the same issue all summer long, and the issue was missed by a number of previous service calls. For a number of times, I had water in my basement. Accusing the sprinkler guy, though he couldn't find anything wrong, I completely accused him that he wasn't finding something wrong with my sprinkler system throughout the summer. I had One Hour here last winter, and also this summer for an A/C check. Joey finely found the problem. A plugged drain line from the furnace to the floor drain. He also found a foul odor with the water in the drain line, indicating
very professional. the tech knew what he was doing and I would definitely hire him.. but its VERY expensive. my electric furnace broke, it was the blow motor and it was under warranty. Still had to dish out $59 for them coming over and another $278 just to get the motor replaced. I haven't checked with other's in town, which I should have.
Product, service and sales are very good but I felt their end product is grossly overpriced but I haven't price checked anywhere else to see how bad I overpaid. Maybe better off not knowing. Please do some research before hand.
