Very competitive on new unit pricing. I think was honest about sizing needed and did not try to up sell. Clean and prompt installation. Followed up quickly on a few tweaks that needed to be done immediately after installation (normal adjustments). Office staff was polite and helpful. The representatives always showed up on time and owner checked the work himself.

I love supporting local business especially when you get the best products and services at the best price. I knew the moment Robert Vanderford left my home I would be doing business with Vanderford Air. In fact I canceled 2 appointments for the next day to give me estimates. He listened to everything I had to say and was more than knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. The install and product went smoothly and they even rerouted all my ductwork at no charge. The Carrier product is great and the install was clean and professional. I can't say enough good things about their work.
