The owner Victor was very informative and professional when it came to explaining the glass door options and pricing. He kept us informed of when our order was ready via text message, and called before returning to our home to complete the job. He did not over charge us or pressure us into making a decision right away. I would recommend Famous Glass and Mirror any time.

Victor answered by email w a/phone number in under 15 minutes! Set up an appointment for the next day, but belated tree trimming by my Association forced a delay to the afternoon. Not a problem for Victor & when he & his assistant arrived, the window replacement was complete in under half an hour (he'd estimated 1/2 to a full hour). Allowed me to save even more by using a pane I had cut at a large hardware chain (trimmed it down a quarter to half inch on all the edges at no extra charge, & without any difficulty [whcih saved me another $25]). Recommend Famous Glass & Mirror to any & all & wish them success. I'd call on them again, if needed.
