"John was my Technician, who was curious and friendly. The german roach service was performed completely with powder in outlets, full spray around baseboard, under and behind appliances, aerosol sprayed in cabinets and all areas of the kitchen, and bate with sticky traps. Full interior treatment was also performed. We also received a second treatment two weeks after the first. We appreciated the guidance and preparation we were advised to due before treatment. All kitchen cabinets and whole kitchen restrooms were treated well the second visit. Treatment was quick effective and professional. We were impressed with the customer service, services, and pricing. We would definitely recommend Mama Bear Pest Outdoor pest control services and will continue to use for other pest control services."

"You should have them change the part about the email instructions for indoor pest about how to prepare. With todays treatments you do not need to empty all kitchen and bathroom cabinets per our tech. If I had gone through all that I would have been very angry!"
