I expanded the project to the whole house, and he was able to give a really fair price and started right away. Quentins work was SO THOROUGH and he was so professional. Quentins equipment was clean and steam really rose from the carpet, unlike some companies. When Quentin finished both my son and friend stated this is really clean and the CARPET LOOKS GREAT. "Would give 10 stars if I could. Coop was very personal, prompt and genuine. We had our bonus room which is the only carpet we have steamed and sanitized. It had old pet stains, dark spots and just that old carpet smell. After they were done, it was like a new. It smells so fresh and we can enjoy that space more now. They moved some light furniture also which was nice. He was very respectful of our home and safety during the process. It only took about 30 min to complete. He also noticed we had mold on our air vents and reviewed additional services to take care of it. The estimate he provided was a good price and we will book the air duct cleaning/ sanitizing service soon.
