Comment: United Faith Baptist Church, 7280 Acton Rd, Acton Indiana. Our building was built around 1871 and an addition build in abt 1960. We purchased the building 9 years ago and attempted an exclusion shortly after purchase. We've noticed droppings and urine on the walls in the sanctuary. The bats are not migrating, but instead nesting in the sanctuary ceiling. We need exclusion and possibly removal/replacement of damaged insulation/materials .

Comment: This is the United Faith Baptist Church. The church sanctuary was built in the late 1800's with an addition in about 1950. We have bats in the upper levels of the church building and occasionally find them in the community room and sanctuary. There appears to be droppings through the church and I am sure that the areas in the belfry as well as upper levels of the church hold a lot of droppings and possibly nesting areas. We do not know if this will be a one time service or if some type of maintenance schedule will be necessary; however, we need to start with an expert looking at our situation and then we will budget accordingly.
