They came out to look at the project and did it for a reasonable price. Benjamin Franklin was twice the cost and really didn't seem to care about doing it. Very disappointed with that company. Comment: My husband installed a new toilet in our home last Wednesday, July 18th. He went out to our water main (in our front yard) & turned off the water. When he was done installing it, he went back out to turn the water back on. It was then he noticed that the water handle valve was leaking a little. He tightened it as much as he could, however, it is still leaking a little. We have been told we just need a new valve put on & that the cost shouldn't be that much. We just need a honest, reputable, reasonable plumber to do this. Our budget is VERY SMALL.
