Even with adding a bathroom and a wet bar, they finished quickly and within budget. Jarek and Robert were accommodating to any changes we wanted to make, flexible and offered expert guidance during the project. We received several quotes for the basement and Jarek was the only contractor to suggest leaving the ceiling unfinished and painted black for tax reasons.
