Dimensions are app. 10ft by 23ft. Existing french door onto porch will need to be removed and replaced with wall. additional door and glass panel will need to be removed and replaced with a regular room door. outside door will need to be removed and replaced with wall, as well as walls on 2 sides rather than screen. brick wall will need to be covered with sheetrock.
