The only problem I had was that Service Pro has purchased a local number for Mac & Sons Plumbing in the local phone director, so when I looked the local number up, I kept getting Service Pro. This was a problem because I had already been referred to Mac & Sons Plumbing and they couldn't receive a fee again, so the first five phone operators I got would not transfer me or tell me why. Finally on my sixth call an operator explained that even though this was a local number I was calling, it was not the direct line to Mac & Son's Plumbing.
