The person who worked on my project, Butch, is intentionally transparent and honest in both his appraisal of the situation and solution; which I appreciate greatly. In addition to addressing some water leakage issues in my front room, he uncovered some extremely shoddy related work done by my builder and resolved everything to a "like new" condition in a quick and efficient manner. Because of such an excellent job, I had him resolve some other issues with my siding over my garage as well. As I have other "jobs" needed around the house, I will definitely contact him again in the near future as my budget allows.
