" Needed a pool table lamp installed in the family room basement. The gal on the phone scheduled me an appt. for Monday. The employee showed up and looked at what I wanted done. Said he could do it but just not today and that I would have to schedule another appt. So I taked to the gal again to schedule another appt. and she said she would talk to the guys and see if they could squeeze me in and they did. I was so happy they did it on Monday because it was my day off from work. They did an excellent job and did not make a big mess. They were professionals and knew what they were doing. Just a little pricey but happy with the service.

He was prompt and finished the job in a timely manner. He was very congenial and polite.

The work was done very well. Randy was the contractor and I was very pleased with him but I'm not sure which compoany he represented. My only problem was that the work I needed done didnot require that degree of expertise (my problem was not knowing what I needed)....therefore the cost was more than was necessary and that is the only reason foe the '2.5' rating on value of money.
