"Kenneth is professional and I can tell he knows what he's doing. I'm very happy with his services. In addition, he's a very nice guy. I had problems with the spinning program on my washer. He had told me over the phone that the charge was $ 80 to come and see what the problem was. He came and stayed about an hour and 1/2 because I didn't have the notice he had to look things up. He did not charge me more. Then he ordered the new part, came and changed it a few days later. Done ! I will call him again if I have other problems."
