"Both the owner, Shannon Alexander, and his assistant, Melvin (Moe) Lee, spent six days professionally refinishing original hardwood floors that had been subject to decades of various stains and carpet glue. They seamlessly repaired gaps between original floors and entry ways, sanded, stained and coated the entire flooring with two coats of polyurethane. The result is spectacular! My 1929 home feels cozy and authentic with Early American oak floors. They started and completed the job as contracted, consulted me every step of the way, and were both professional and courteous. "Jason Dickey came out to give me an estimate on a repair of a portion of my deck. I have 2 decks connected by steps. While he was out at my home he gave me a price to complete the whole second deck. His price was lower than the other 4 estimates that I have received. His price was between 5-6 thousand dollar less than the other contractors. To make a long story short, he gave me an awesome price to complete both decks which we accepted. While Jason and his crew were at our home they were very polite and showed a great deal of courtesy. While working they kept the work area clean and without hazards. Jason suggested changes to the decks that enhanced the visual appeal. The quality of work was pristine.
