"Prompt and professional, Sound Brickworks did a great job repairing our paver stone walkway that had suffered damage and warping after a decade or more of cedar tree roots and rain. They removed the existing pavers, leveled the ground, re-installed the stones, plus some extra, and finished with a sand grout. They even repaired a side garden area for a little extra, that was a nice a bonus for us!"

"We hired Vita Construction to replace the windows and doors in our West Seattle guest cottage. While replacing the windows a serious amount of dry rot was discovered under some improperly flashed window sills. Without needing to remove and replace all the sheetrock and siding around the effected windows, Vita Construction was able to replace the rotten studs, install and flash the windows properly. Weâ  ve had no rain or air leaks since the repair. They got the job done on time even with the extra repairs. The fit and finish on our entire project was superb! We would definitely hire Vita Construction again without hesitation."
