Did a good job, for half than I was quoted by another contractor. He is the third person I've had come fix the problem, and the only one who offered to come back for free if I ever had another problem with it. But I think he got to the root of the problem.

Gene came to re-caulk the vinyl roof panels of my sunroom because it was leaking. He showed me areas where caulking had split open with age, but the real reason was a poorly designed gutter cap system. The cap was daming up the water onto the roof at the gutter flashing. He removed the gutter cap and cleaned and caulked where needed. So far so good, but we have not had a good downpour yet. He finished the job in a couple hours at a very reasonable price.

This gentleman was fast and efficient. Worked with my crazy schedule. Had my work from estimate to completion done in one week.
