"Wow! Within seconds of submitting my request on HomeAdvisor, I received a call from Bill Metzger Plumbing offering assistance. That alone was amazing to experience, but then the representative said she could have a tech out within 30 mins. He actually showed up within even less than that! I really cannot believe they had someone available *at the ready* to come out and replace our busted hot water tank.
