Contacted Brian Waugh to schedule an appointment for an issue requiring much urgency. He surprised us by advising he would be able to come out to our house immediately. (It was Friday afternoon) He was prompt and upon his assessment of the problem explained in detail what needed to be done to correct the problem. He proceeded to make the necessary repairs explaining what he was doing and the reason why it needed to be done. He was pleasant and most professional and knowledgeable. We will most definitely use his services again when needed.

Brian was very quick to respond to my service request and was able to make it out to my home the next day. He assessed my irrigation system and quickly identified the problems that existed. He was very thorough in his explanations of the problems and was very meticulous in detailing what needed to be done. After Brian's assessment, he was back at my home first thing in the morning and has my system up in running in no time. Brian is professional, timely and competent. He is definitely someone I would recommend to others.
