Next door, developers are putting in a sub-division. The developers neglected to survey before they did their grading, and graded over the property line into my lot. I had the site surveyed, and asked the city to require the developers to move their construction equipment and debris from my lot. Now I would like to repair the damage they did to the grade and lawn on my lot. I am particularly concerned about preventing erosion, as my lot is situated on the top of the hill.
