BERT RODRIGUEZ showed up promptly and thoroughly explained the process. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING-no sales hype or jargon, just straightforward and answered all of my questions (I live in a very old home). Bert walked me through the house with his infrared thermometer and showed me exactly where I was losing heat-very cool to see! Bert also worked with me to actually minimize where I wouldn't need a bit of insulation, saving me a few bucks, and showing true integrity. We also had great, humorous conversation about dogs, home costs, poison ivy and neighbors-a truly personable and lovely guy. Would recommend 12/10!"
