4-person crew & Efrain was great! Ask to work with Efrain and only Efrain. BE AWARE OF : 1. In bid process, get EXACT, DETAILED square foot measurement. 2. PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING, no abbreviations, with breakdown of every hard item/cost and labor. 3. Clean up was a C+. Make sure they cover grass, yard items, etc. Grass took a beating because it was not protected by workers. I had to repair my own grass in the end. 4. You have 30 days to pay.. Don't get harassed by Nick for final payment until you are happy! 5. 2 day job turned into 3+ Ask questions; be careful; OVERSEE EVERYTHING!
