Myles at M & T is very friendly, and he was the only person from the four I got bids from who indicated that there were two possible solutions to my hot water pipe repair. One solution was putting in a new line, which was the solution from all of the bidders, and the second solution was a poly slide that might be possible. When he started working on the repair, he determined the poly slide would work, and that cost half what the new pipe installation would have cost. Additionally, he didn't have to cut holes in the ceilings and walls, which all of the bidders said was going to happen. Myles was fast, and the hot water works great now.
