Mike was very knowledgable and professional. I believe it was worth the little bit of extra money to have the insulation done by him. (We had considered doing it ourselves through Home Depot). We also liked that we were able to get the Certainteed fiberglass insulation blown in vs. the "natural" kind that can mold.
