After speaking with Aatif (architect with over 10 yrs experience with some of DC's top firms) for about an hour yesterday, and after emailing over floorplans, I awoke to find 3D renderings of what my space could look like, three appointment options to see similar remodels in Fairfax, Reston and Herndon that are either up for or have received awards and a cheaper than expected price.
