He diagnosed the problem, provided an affordable quote, and began to solve the problem. He was very dedicated and methodical in his approach. He spent considerable amount spraying the house and the results were outstanding. After that, he rescheduled a second visit where he sprayed the house again. Throughout the treatment process he provided follow up directions and information on how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
