Lu is very friendly and extremely helpful. He will take the time to explain things to you and why you may need a certain piece are additional part. He doesn't seem like he's trying to scam anyone either- we were going to have our back door installed by Home Depot and they wanted $600 for the whole project. Lu did it for practically half. I'm so happy the door's in and I can't complain.
