Terence contacted me almost as soon as I requested info regarding drapery cleaning. He came the next day at the time most convenient for me and kept me informed about the redelivery date. The draperies to be cleaned were at my daughter's house which was in a state of disarray due to painting. He patiently waited while furniture was moved to gain access to the windows. After cleaning the draperies looked like new. He and his work were truly professional. I would recommend him to friends and family.
