service was great...Corrected my errors setting up our home theater. Took time to explain how to work everything. Only slight problem was setting up the appointment (which I understand was due to an family emergency on the part of the contractor). Otherwise, everything else was excellent. Would definitly recommend Gridworks.

Comment: This is really not a big project....just bought this Samsung Home theater for a little more than $200...not a fancy one...i installed it myself to my TV.....after using it for almost 3 years....the player cant detect the dvd or cd that's already inside....it says...insert cd r dvd even if its there already.....sequencing problem? ...coz in d past i used to push d dvd tray out of being impatient when its too slow....the speakers are all in good condition and i want this to be repaird formy karaoke singing.
