While not the lowest bidder, we have hired Belle Plastering based on his expertise and excellent customer service. His bid included pictures, references, he kept me informed, he is knowledgeable about the composition and properties of the materials he is using, and he recommended a good painter (the only one who sanded and scraped, instead of water blasting).
