The estimate that I received, indicated that the pier that was going to be done to the fence, would include a 50 linear feet with some steel brackets support, to maintain the ability of the fence. This was not done. The length of the fence was only 25ft of it done, with some bolts, some washers placed against the fence. Now, it did support the fence which was my primary goal. But the estimate said that they were going to do one thing, and it wasn't as estimated. Thank you.
