I had a 12 x 12 wooden deck torn down and a 12 x 14 room addition built. Everyone was on time as promised. Brian kept me informed on a daily basis with what he was going to do. The job was completed before the deadline they gave me which was awesome. All people involved was professional and worked great on the project as well as with me.

I have been so pleased with my sunroom. It is everything I have been wanting for years. The entire staff was wonderful from Mallory in the office to everyone I spoke to about the sunroom. Everyone was so professional and listened to what I wanted. The crew who built it was excellent. They answered every question I had and did an amazing job. I will enjoy the sunroom for many years.

We were initially looking for a Sunroom but called around for different options. Distinctive Design Remodeling suggested that we consider a room addition with lots of windows. Great idea! Not only are we much more pleased with the room addition but the guys at DDR were very knowledgable, listened to what we were looking for in a room and applied our requests. We have lots of light, the room can be used year round and a room addition adds 100% resale value to our home where a sunroom would not have. Thanks DDR! We made the right decision and look forward to working with you on our next project!
