Comment: I am one owner of a 4 townhouse units only condominium complex w/a 1950's era 20 I've been requested by another owner, President, of our Association to determine cost/feasibility to enlist your services. One of our on site owners who cared for the pool passed away. We've learned the basics, but our "once weekly heavy duty cleaning"* was handled by a grandson of yet another owner last summer who will not be available this summer.
