Comment: I own two Condo units in the same complex, and both have old (20+ years old would be my guess) Air Conditioning Units that have issues; One has serious leaking issues, it functions but seems to be getting weaker and could also use some maintenance measures. The other has stopped proving any cooling effect, needs repair and could also use some maintenance,as well. I am looking for either repairs to both, or to possibly replace both Units with newer units to be installed, in both apartment-style condos.

Comment: I believe our hvac central air system is original from the building construction 1987. I have owned since 2007 and it has not been serviced since at least 2006. This summer the AC would intermittently stop working. I rent this property out to tenants, and need the unit serviced fully. I noticed mention of dryer vents being cleaned in your reviews and I would be interested in that as well. I live in maine and rent this property in lowell, but my tenants are moving out next weekend and I am in the process of finding new tenants so getting this serviced is a priority, thank you.
