Reviews of Lowell Geo Thermal Heating or Cooling Pros
Concord, NC
Edward from Indoor Air Quality came out almost immediately to find out why our a/c wasn't working on the geothermal unit. He changed a setting on our thermostat, and our a/c started working again. He did not charge us to come out and check everything out, which was nice. He even called that night to see how it was doing. Unfortunately, after 24 hours it stopped working again, and would not start back. We replaced the thermostat by his recommendation, but it still wouldn't work. That was a holiday weekend and we were unable to get in touch with him. I had to call a different company the following Monday to have it fixed.

Mr. Anthony came within 2 hours after I talked to him and find the problem and fixed it quickly. He answers your questions and is very kind and considerate.
Charlotte, NC
On a scale of 1-5, I would give him a 10+. He did an excellent job. He was very competent and trustworthy. He was easy to work with. I would highly recommend him. He was very efficient in getting our hot water heater installed and working.
