Richard called me within seconds of requesting a quote and sounded very happy and enthusiastic to hear my a/c problem. That instantly lifted my spirits about having my a/c repaired. Richard and Johnny were very professional and courteous and explained the process step by step. They even put booties on before stepping on my floor which was a plus for me because I don't allow shoes on my floors. The best thing about Richard in my experience is that he checked to see if my A Coil was still under warranty. It was still under warranty and he did all the leg work to pick-up the new coil from the manufacturer. That saved me a lot of $$$.

Professional even came out on a holiday to view project, gave a complete estimate so we knew everything upfront and believe it or not NO surprises. No BS no sales pitches. Highly recommend. 5 stars need I say more.......
