He cares about the customers and is so knowledgeable about how all critters think that he is a joy to be around, even when eradicating your home of the most awful creatures like those curly eared Norwegian rats. I had an infestation, and had Billy not taken care of my house inside underneath my house and made it bulletproof for these creatures. I wouldâ ve lost my sanity. He is such a blessing. I Lester had raccoons that were tearing up the trash in my garbage can he came and captured them and took them away. Itâ s amazing to watch him work. "We had a roofing company come and patch the hole. The gentleman came though and crawled in the attic and looked to see if the squirrel was there and he saw no evidence.
