Very courteous, friendly, and professional technician. Major complaint is they quoted a price for "cleaning" the fireplace and flue only to learn this did not include cleaning built up material in the flue. They then quoted an additional price to clean this material. This should be explained when quoting the job.

They were very professional and efficient. They had a surprise when checking the chimney. Wasps!!!! They got rid of the wasps and cleaned he chimney! Will definitely recommend them!
