"MJ masonryâ  s owner and the crews are very friendly and professional. The best part of their job was they were quick, precise and clean. I have seen multiple contractors doing the similar projects or even smaller than ours at my friendâ  s house and taking weeks to complete the job, in addition damaging good chunk of the lawn and sometimes even damaging sprinkler/s. However, in the case of MJ masonry, they were very gentle with the lawn and the sprinklers. They cleaned up everyday before they leave and thorough cleaning after the job done. "I hired Niz Masonry to remove 2 failing fences and install a new fence in its place. Santos and his team showed up at exactly 8am all 3 days they were here. Within the first hour of the first day one side of my yard was fully removed and they were starting on the posts. They went above and beyond to get the fence perfectly straight, and joined it perfectly with the posts joining our neighbors fences. All posts were installed at full depth with concrete. We had tree stumps that were in the way of the fence line on both sides of our yard and they went above and beyond, carving away just enough of the stumps to fit the fence panels in perfectly. The crew was friendly, courteous, and clean. They were very careful around everything in our yard, cleaned up as they went and left at the end of the day with our yard perfectly clean. They were also very courteous of our neighbors and cleaned their yards as well. There were many spots in this job where they could have taken short cuts, but they didnâ t take any of them. They did everything by the book and iâ m extremely satisfied with the results. They wonâ t be the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, and I feel like I got more than I couldâ ve asked for. Highly recommend!"
