The project was completed in a timely and totally professional manner. Lowe's were the first to respond to me request for service and the estimate of the job was one of the most reasonable with an estimate much lower than another plumber I had used in the past. The project was completed quickly, they were on time, and called after the project was completed to insure all was going well. The plumbers were the best I have had work at the house and would use Lowe's for any future work.

The owner came to my house with only a 30 minute notice as my pipes were bursting and my water purification system was leaking. She took care of the emergency and within two days had the complete job done at a very reasonable price. She was willing to provide a followup the day after the major repair job was finished.

The company was very accomodating and in paticular the office staff ihas great customer service. The tech was very knowledgable and efficient.
