Matt, the owner, was the only one to respond to the request. He followed up quickly and we decided to proceed with one of two rooms. I was surprised to see how quickly the job was completed. It came out excellent and I won't hesitate to use Preferred Skimcoat again or refer to others. Thank you

To be honest, I ended up changing plans. However, I was contacted by Foti Plastering the same day I made my Service Magic query. He came over to give me an estimate the very next day, and then sent a written estimate via e-mail that was very descriptive and reasonable. He stated that he was wiling and available to work within my time constrains (wanted it done within a week). I would recommend Foti, even though I didn't end up using him because my plans changed.
