"Over all the project for replacement of asphalt shingles on entire roof was done very well . Eric is a person who responsible from estimate, start the process and finish the process. You can reach him when ever you need to any answer for your questions. Estimate was fairly good compared to other 5 estimates. Job was done accurately and professionally. If Eric is unable to be on property he always appointed a supervisor from his staff. If I need to hire this company again I defenetly would do it. One suggestion to potential clients: please to avoid any misunderstanding put everything on the paper, any details write down to contract. "I spoke with Nick and scheduled an appointment for an estimate for emergency repairs to my roof and chimney. Elvi and Jon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They patiently explained (several times over) the problems and required repairs. They took photos on my roof and showed me the problems and the solutions. They explained the discrepancies from what others were stating need be done. Their solutions were the same as the insurance company adjuster had suggested. Their estimate was not only the best of four that I had received, but it also included the most comprehensive repairs. Above and beyond this, they were able to take into account my very limited income and provide an even lower estimate thanks to Nick. They included other repairs that were needed to the gutters at no extra charge. They scheduled the work for the following morning and stayed until after dark in order to complete the job in only one day. They cleaned up all debris from the driveway and yard.
