After a Mr. Rooter representative came to my house, gave an estimate of nearly $2000 and was extremely rude to my wife, I put in a service request via ServiceMagic.com. S & B Plumbing (Sylvan) called me back immediately. I gave Sylvan the details of the project over the phone and his quoted price for the project was $750. Even after he came out to look at the project, he said his price was still $750. Needless to say, he was hired on the spot. He was done with the project within a few quick hours and it most definitely was a job well done! I was very pleased with his professionalism, honesty and customer service.
