Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days. "After considering options whether to repair or replace the ceramic tile in our two showers, my wife and I explored Sir Grout. The service person came to our home, checked our tiles and explained the process. We decided it was the best option for us and had both bathrooms done. The main person who did the work went even further by repairing a water damaged wall bordering the tile, which required more work for him. We are very happy with the results which restored our tiles and grouting to better than new condition. The process eliminated a very visible mold and mildew problem and as explained to us will continue to resist them."
