He was also an excellent communicator, and always showed up when he was scheduled. The finished product exceeded our already high expectations. Rusnak Services came highly recommended by my realtor (who has lived and worked in the area for over 20 years and uses Dave for her personal home renovations). In fact he is very organized and clean as he works. He let us know that he also does bigger remodeling jobs. At this time, that is not in our budget but I greatly appreciated that even though our work was more humble he treated us and our home with respect, kindness, and professionalism just as if we were a high-end client.
