"KSE fixed the problem with the garage door opening and did preventive maintenance on the garage door opener. Efficient and I thought quite cost effective. I put in a request to home advisor at 3:00 on Thursday. Got a call back from KSE at 3:30 - made an appointment for 10:00 Friday. They arrived on time and took about 45 minutes to solve the problem and do preventive maintenance. I could not be more impressed."

"Very prompt and polite. Explained things well and gave me options for the repair or replacement. Not sure about value because I did not get quotes from other companies to compare. For the new install the technician only had one option (the more expensive one) in the van to install same day but could come back another day for a less expensive model. I opted to go with what he had available (perhaps this a marketing plow or just the circumstances?). Any way the new garage opener is very nice and a great upgrade from what I had."
