Comment: PC runs sluggish - slow to boot up and doesn't always shut down properly. Virus program (upgraded in February - TrendMicro 2010) firewall doesn't turn on even if I turn off Windows firewall. Programs will indicate "not responding" before they do respond. Even opening up something like control panel will show as "not responding" once in a while. Dell computer - not real old - maybe 3 or 4 year - not sure. Running Vista - and got it shortly after Vista came out. Use the pc mostly for entertainment/games but will occasionally bring home work. Have Office 2007 installed. Roadrunner cable service.
