Comment: My side entry door has an old knob and lock. The knob is incredibly loose and if I use the lock on the knob, I can not unlock the door again (neither from the inside or outside). I also have a front entry door with an old mortised lock that is impossible to unlock with my key. I'd like to have both locks keyed the same if possible and the knob repaired on the side door.
